Coach's Restaurant Brewery
insists that our beers are produced from only the finest
barley and hops in the world. They are brewed in small batches
to ensure a fresh pint of ale everytime!
HARVESTER WHEAT - This
is our lightest beer fashioned after the German summer wheat
beers. Sixty-five percent domestic, two row barley is combined
with thirty-five percent summer wheat to give this beer
its crisp, refreshing character. Served with a slice of
lemon to bring out that cool summer taste.
RED RIVER PALE ALE -
A copper colored American style pale ale. A medium body
with a hint of bitterness.
RAILYARD AMBER ALE -
A malty and full-bodied European style amber, the Railyard's
rich color is derived from European Munich and Crystal malts.
The malts are carefully balanced with German Hallertauer
and Tettnanger hops.
DOWNTOWN BROWN -
This beer is a delightful representation of an English Brown
Ale. Crystal malt provides the sweetness while Victory and
special roasted malts counter with a warm toasted finish.
SOONER STOUT - Generous
amount of Roasted and Black barleys give this Irish Ale
its coffee-like flavor and dry-roasted finish. NOT for the
light at heart.
INDIA PALE ALE -
A very aggressive hopped American style India Pale Ale -
not for everyone (a very long bitter finish).
SPECIALTY BREW - Just
to keep you guessing we like to offer a specialty beer.
